Fairhurst Catering which has been established in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales since 1980.
They offer a professional and friendly service using fresh, locally sourced produce to achieve delicious, fresh food which is consistent in quality and presentation at every event.
D.I.Y. Dinners: Many of our guests have travel a long way to get here, arriving tired, hungry and perhaps late. We can supply a hearty meal, home cooked with high-quality local ingredients, in the fridge awaiting your arrival. We’ll even lay the table for you. All you’ll need to do is re-heat, serve and enjoy. Three-course main meals from £25 per head.
Celebration dinner: For that special occasion, Fairhursts can cook and serve your special meal at Yorkshire Dales House – and clear up afterwards. A wide range of menu options are available to suit your specific requirements.
Morning-After Brunch: Continue the house-party vibe with a fabulous fry-up. Try a full English with bacon, sausage, black pudding, eggs, tomatoes and mushrooms, or for a lighter touch, eggs royale on English muffin. Plus toast, fruit juice, tea and fresh coffee. Once again, Fairhursts can cook, serve and clear away. From £15 per head.
Picnic Hampers: We can meet you on certain walks around the area where we can provide a glass of chilled prosecco, BBQ, with locally sourced meats, and delicious homemade puddings from £20.00 per head. or we can provide packed lunches which you can take away on the morning of your walk
